Carmen Electra, ex-pussycat doll, got her launch in the entertainment industry when she was found by Prince at a concert. She released a self-titled album under musical impresario Prince’s record label in 1992. The album was named after her as Carmen Electra.

As a cast member of the hit television series Baywatch, Electra became a fixture on the most-watched show on television. She was the replacement for Pamela Anderson. Carmen Electra has since stretched out her gamut beyond the tanned and toned bodies of southern California’s beaches in a sexy red suit. She was at first very disappointed as she wouldn’t get a swimsuit with her name on it. But later her performance earned her one. And that prized possession is framed up and put for display in a special room in her home.

Her comedic abilities in box office hits such as Scary Movie, Starsky & Hutch, Date Movie, and Scary Movie 4 are an example of her acting abilities. Electra has recently made waves as the lead of the dance ensemble The Pussycat Dolls and with the release of her workout DVDs Carmen Electra’s Aerobic Striptease. But presently she is

managing a new dance troupe-the Bombshell Babes.Out now is Tripping The Rift: The Complete Second Season, the 13-episode DVD box set of the Sci-Fi Channel’s mature freaky animated series. Carmen Electra fills in the vocal talent of Six, the hottest, sexiest, and most-advanced android ever.

She is also into charity big time. She founded the Head to Hollywood Celebrity Charity Poker Tournament and Auction for brain tumor patients.

Anchor Bay Entertainment, an IDT Entertainment company, released the first two seasons of Tripping The Rift on DVD and will host “A Night Of Stars” party at VSDA’s Home Entertainment 2006 on Tuesday, July 11th to honor Carmen’s achievement as the Raising Female Star of the Year.
