The former ‘ Bay watch ‘ actress, who recently split from her rock star husband Dave Navarro, has her face emblazoned across the new Master card ..Every time they proudly use their Carmen-adorned plastic, customers will be entered in a prize draw to win merchandise autographed by the actress, with the top prize being a date with her. The Carmen Electra Prepaid MasterCard and the Carmen Electra Gift MasterCard’s are issued by Meta Bank pursuant to a license by MasterCard International . The card is a prepaid credit card, so money has to be put onto it before it can be used.
