Carmen Electra has made a smart move by deciding to have a pre-nuptial agreement before she ties the knot with her fiancé Rob Patterson. The glamour model and her Korn guitarist fiancé were overheard talking about deciding on a pre-nup agreement before their marriage.

A fellow customer who revealed, “They were trying to decide on a time to meet with an attorney”, overheard the couple that was getting a matching pedicure done at Hollywood’s Planet Nails and Spa.

A pal of Rob added, “She’s a lot wealthier than he is. He’s a really nice guy, but he’s far from rich.”

Carmen had recently referred to Rob as her best friend and said,  “We have known each other for a long time - it’s like we’re really good best friends. He understands me - I understand him.”

Well getting a pre-nup agreement with your best friend is a good idea Carmen.

Carmen Electra is finally sure of her boyfriend Rob Patterson and as a first step towards the road to marriage the couple have got engaged.

A source close to the couple confirms, “He told friends three days ago that he got engaged. The ring is a black diamond set in white diamonds.”

Carmen Electra list of ex-husbands include rocker Dave Navarro and Dennis Rodman reportedly got engaged to Rob Patterson in Vegas on her 36th birthday.

I hope she doesn’t follow pal Pamela Anderson’s foot steps of brief marriage.

Ex-pussycat doll Carmen Electra (34) and rocker Dave Navarro (39) have at last

ended the suspence about their marital woes.After having put up a brave front to rumors about their break-up, the couple have decided to head splitsville. Carmen has been married to Basket Ball star Dennis Rodman previously and this is third divorce for Dave.

The couple said their ‘I dos’ on a MTV show called Till Death Do Us Apart in 2003. In the end they coudn’t wait until death did that to them.

Interestingly it was Dave who made news about their marriage being on the rocks long ago. However both the stars later said their marriage was fine. But it was last evening that Carmen’s publicisit came up with the news.
